China: Adopted Notice on Adjusting Matters Concerning the Safety Management of Dedicated Network Security Products

On 12 April 2023, the Cyberspace Administration of China, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Finance, Certification and Accreditation Administration issued the notice on "Adjusting Matters Concerning the Safety Management of Special Network Security Products". The notice aims to unify the certification and testing system for network security products. Further, the notice outlines measures to improve network security products' resilience and enhance national network security capabilities.
